Responsibilities:
Perform service and punch out as needed
Pull and deliver parts to job sites as needed
Develop and maintain business relationships with building superintendents and subcontractors
Inspect homeowner warranty/service issues and provide solutions to problems
Perform field measures/layout as needed
Help with inspecting jobs after installation and produce punch lists to complete jobs as needed
Maintain cleanliness of company vehicle, and schedule maintenance as when needed
Keep and maintain company tools in good working order
Assist other members of our team
Assist in training new employees
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of hand tools and proper use
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills
Must be organized and detail oriented with strong follow-up skills
Ability to work well with others or independently
Self-motivated
