Experienced, honest & reliable handyman who wants and needs work for decent pay. Work can include any of the following: painting, repairs, drywall, simple carpentry, garbage removal & ‘broom-clean’ the premises before leaving the premises for the day.
Skills Required: Must be honest, knowledgeable, and experienced in painting and basic carpentry. Must be able to work independently in prepping the surface (such as wood, drywall, concrete floor, metal surface, etc.) by sanding, fixing, patching, and cleaning the surface before applying the finish (primer, stain, apply coating or paint). Must have appropriate tools. Plus, you may be required to work on miscellaneous tasks such as pressure washing or regular cleaning; organizing, storing, etc.
If you are a hard worker, honest & trustworthy the work period could extend into several weeks for the right individual.
Will only select the person who (1) can show a government-issued ID to confirm their identity; (2) accepts wages to be paid weekly via bank check mailed to their address; (3) can show up for work punctually and works as a team member with another handyman without drama; (4) will be responsible for clean-up daily at the end of the work day; (5) No drugs or smoking; (6) Must have tools for work; (7) Be able to provide references, and follow directions (No cowboys need respond)
