Oakmont Country Club - Full Time Grounds Maintenance Team

On the heels of Oakmont Country Club's 10th U.S. Open Championship in June of 2025, the Grounds Maintenance Team is looking to hire 2-3 Full-Time Team Members. Full-Time Grounds Team Members will work year round to ensure that the golf course and grounds exceed the expectations of the Membership and their guest. Full-Time Grounds Team Members will be trained to execute a variety of tasks included, but not limited to, operating a variety of turf maintenance equipment, mowing of all playing surfaces, bunker maintenance, moisture management, golf course setup, etc. At Oakmont, we take immense pride in the CULTURE that exists amongst our Grounds Maintenance Team. Full-Time Grounds Team Members can expect to work 45-60 hours per week during the golf season (April - November) and 40 hours during the "off-season", receive full health/dental/vision benefits and 401K after a probationary period, PTO, employee golf privileges, uniforms, and daily lunches.
