We are looking specifically for painters who are motivated, energetic, go-getters that work well on a team. Individuals who are able to work at a high-paced environment and are willing to work on ladders/lifts without issue. We would love someone with experience but if you're still learning that is fine as long as you have the drive and heart.
We have 100 percent year round work. Winter gets busier than summer sometimes. We are multi faceted to ensure work is always there. We want serious painters who take pride in their work. Professional and honest. This is place to grow and make the money you deserve. We will pay the high wages after proof of experience. We start at a good wage for experienced painters and after 2 weeks we adjust according to your level. If you start slacking after that we will adjust again.
We sell a high end service. We need clean job sites. Structure. Teamwork. Don’t stay stuck at your dead end painting company. No one is working themselves to the bone here- it is a team effort as long as everyone does their part.
