Maintenance technician. Full time, year round (including all winter), get paid every week on the books. If it's in a house or apartment, you'll work on it. Patch, paint, light plumbing and electric, exteriors, windows, cabinets, appliances, extermination, clean ups, heavy lifting, landscaping, snow, concrete, roofing, etc it goes on.
This is steady work with a company that will treat you well and not lay you off. You'll have full time work all year and substantial autonomy.
Wage will vary based on experience. Opportunities for overtime. Generous paid time off including the first year plus paid holidays.

You will be required to work on ladders and roofs when necessary.
In this, role I will be expecting you to fill any gaps across our properties to get stuff done. Punch lists, maintenance visits, inspection write ups, clean ups, larger more involved jobs when smaller jobs get finished.
You will be required to have a truck or van.
