Enlightened Remodeling is a design oriented, fast growing residential remodeling and construction company. We are seeking to add one more lead remodeler to our ass-kicking team.
YOUR HOURS:
We work 40 hours a week - M-Th 7am-5:30pm with lunch in between. Fri, Sat, Sun off. Opportunity for overtime if you want it.
The jobs are usually in the city or north. Our office is located in East Liberty.
YOUR PAY:
W-2 $30-$31.50/hour to start. Job bonus' if jobs are completed on deadline.
Must be a true lead remodeler and if after 2 week probation period skillset is below expectations, salary may need to be renegotiated.
Additional perks for phone and vehicle stipends for all workers coming later this year.
YOUR SKILLSET
We do general construction but lots of designer kitchens and bathrooms. We need a quality leader who can get anything done in a house from plumbing to minor electric to tile work at a high rate of production and quality, and has a great mindset and knows how to keep others on task as well. Your job is also to talk to the clients and make them feel good, answer questions, and in general show that you are in charge and in control of a job site. You would directly report to our lead project manager.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
-We are seeking someone who is experienced, understands attention to detail, has at least 3 years of direct hands on experience with kitchens and bathrooms, not afraid to work 4 - 10 hours a day, enjoys leading, teaching AND taking direction.
-Has a positive mindset, takes care of their body, has a good sense of humor, good ethics, likes people.
-Have a valid drivers license and a reliable vehicle (truck or van strongly preferred)
-Smartphone
-Full set of tools
-Are comfortable talking with and communicating to customers on a daily basis during projects.
