Exp. Carpenter and Crew Leader for renovation and new construction projects for established GC. Exp. in renovations, remodeling, additions, etc. commercial & residential construction. Min. 5yrs. carpentry exp. and 2 yrs. as a foreman/crew leader. Demo, metal and wood framing, windows, doors, drywall, trim, cabinetry, tile work, minor plumbing, minor electrical, etc Must be reliable with valid DL Lic., tools of the trade, references etc Must be able to supervise and work with crew and coordinate subcontractors.
