Drywall repair and finisher

Looking for a part time drywall repair person to perform repairs at a large apartment complex in Pittsburgh. This could be as little as 2 days a week up to 5 days a week during peak summer times. Majority of the repairs are due to a condensate or pipe leaks. Must be able to work in occupied apartments where neatness is imperative. Must have own tools. The ideal candidate is a retiree that was efficient in the field for at least 10 yrs and looking to make some nice money on a part time basis. Must pass a criminal background check.
