Requirements:
4+ years of commercial experience as a HVAC and Refrigeration Technician
Active EPA Certification
Valid driver's license
Excellent customer relations and interpersonal skills
Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills
Ability to safely lift up to 50 lbs., climb and balance on a ladder, and work in elevated/high locations.
Position Summary: Light Commercial HVAC/R Service Technician
The HVAC/R Technician role is primarily responsible for performing repairs and maintenance to a variety of HVAC and Refrigeration equipment including air conditioning, heating units, compressors, furnaces, RTUs, remote condensing units, ice machines, walk-in coolers & freezers and upright refrigerators & freezers.
All of our properties are considered light commercial.
Our properties are in 4 different counties so there will be driving everyday.
Most sites are in Fayette County and Allegheny county.
Techs typically go to job straight from home.
Work orders are dispatched through an app.
New hire will be working on our own properties the majority of the time, so very little exposure to paying customers, no upselling to anyone, no billing out, properties are predominantly owned by this employer you would be working for.
