Five Star Refrigeration, Inc., was founded in 1987 in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. With a combined management experience of over 50 years, our value is within our highly skilled team and troubleshooting expertise. Our team of educated mechanical technicians have experience in commercial refrigeration, heating and cooling.
Responsibilities:
- Install, maintain, and repair heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) and refrigeration systems
- Perform regular maintenance on HVAC and refrigeration systems to ensure efficient operation, making recommendations as needed
- Diagnose and troubleshoot HVAC & refrigeration system issues
- Repair or replace defective parts in HVAC & refrigeration systems
- Test HVAC & refrigeration systems to ensure proper functioning
- Provide excellent customer service and address customer concerns
- Keep accurate records of work performed and turn in all paperwork in a timely manner
Experience:
- In field experience preferred
- Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Strong knowledge of HVAC & refrigeration systems and components
- Experience with van driving and field service work preferred
- Familiarity with refrigeration and air conditioning systems
- Excellent problem-solving skills
- Strong attention to detail
