- Provide pre-Sales technical Support
- Provide effective and proactive after sale system support to our customers and partners
- Manage and log support ticketing system
- Perform onsite and remote software installations
- Perform system and software testing
Skills required:
- Good communication and personal skills
- Able to work in group and independently
- Experience with problem diagnosing and solving
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience supporting and/or implementing software applications
- Knowledge and experience with network environments (Windows and Linux)
- Knowledge and experience with relational databases (MySQL and MS SQL)
- Knowledge and experience with vbscript, php and java
