Duties
- Responsible for the sales development by prospecting new business clientele
- Enhance relationships with existing customers
- Develop and qualify leads to drive additional sales opportunities through cold calling, networking, and lead generation campaigns
- Upsell added services to customer base and new business
- Prioritize daily responsibilities through established activity-based sales objectives
- Data entry sales interaction, activity, follow ups, and appointments into CRM system – Salesforce, Routing Apps, and Maintenance Apps.

Physical Requirements
- Occasional light physical work (bending, stooping, pushing, pulling)
- Ability to safely climb a 6ft. step-ladder
- Ability to lift unassisted up to 50 lbs.
Requirements / Individuals must be able to
Ability to locally drive a 26,000 lb truck (Non CDL)
Operate heavy equipment inside the driver’s cabin
Possess Light Mechanical Skills
Pass background screenings (Drug and Criminal)
Have a valid driver’s license (CDL NOT required)
Experience
Minimum 3 years successful outside business-to-business sales experience
Preferred
Experience in fields relating to Route Sales, Waste Management, or Construction
Proficient in Social Media, Microsoft Office, Handheld Technology and DocUSign
