I am a recovering hoarder, and I have too much stuff.
I have a friend who is also a hoarder, and she has too much stuff.
She has a sister who is also a hoarder, and she has too much stuff.
I have another friend who is also a hoarder, and he has too much stuff too.
And, I'm helping someone clean out his storage unit, filled with too much stuff.
The problem is, the stuff we have could be worth something, and we would rather sell it than give it away.
That said, none of us has the time or spirit to list our items for sale, or to interact with the customers needed to sell our stuff.
We need help.
The job consists of cleaning up and photographing items.
Writing descriptions of items to sell.
Comparing similar items to determine pricing.
Posting listings on appropriate venues, eBay, Craigslist, etc.
Responding to customers online.
Coordinating with customers for local pickup.
Packing and shipping items if needed.
For us, it's more important that we get something, rather than nothing for our stuff.
Or, that we are comforted that someone tried to sell our stuff and found it wasn't worth anything.
Work your own hours.
Payment commensurate with sales.
Years of job security.
