Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated individual to join our team as an Insurance Agency Sales & Service Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to existing policyholders while actively promoting and selling additional insurance products. As an Insurance Agent, you will play a crucial role in ensuring policyholders are well-informed about their coverage options, assisting them with claims, and helping them make informed decisions to protect their assets.

Responsibilities:

Provide excellent customer service to existing policyholders, including responding to inquiries, resolving issues, and helping with claims processes.

Develop a deep understanding of various insurance policies, coverage options, and guidelines to effectively educate policyholders on their options.

Conduct thorough needs analysis with policyholders to identify potential gaps in coverage and recommend appropriate insurance products to meet their unique needs.

Proactively contact policyholders to review their current coverage, identify potential opportunities for additional policies, and cross-sell relevant insurance products.

Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, policy changes, and sales activities in the company's CRM system.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, product knowledge, and regulatory requirements to ensure compliance and provide accurate information to policyholders.

Collaborate with team members and other departments to provide exceptional service and support to policyholders.

Meet or exceed established sales targets and performance metrics.

Requirements:

Possess active Property & Casualty and Life & Health PA licenses or obtain these licenses within the first 90 days of employment.

Experience in sales or the insurance industry is helpful, but not required.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish long-lasting relationships with policyholders.

Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to effectively resolve customer concerns.

Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management abilities.

Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

Proficient in using CRM systems, MS Office, and other relevant software.

Ability to adapt to a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
