Primary Function
To provide expert customer service to both the property owner and tenant through the support and execution of select leasing and inspection processes.
Principal Responsibilities
Manage the following Aspects of Select Maintenance Business Processes
- Coordinate and Perform Periodic Inspections
- New property inspections
- Perform Move In/Move Out Inspections and Document Condition
- Perform QC Follow Up
- Perform Property Onboarding Inspections
- Attend Borough Inspections
Manage Aspects of Select Property Management Business Processes
- Put up/Take down signs at Properties
- Manage Lockboxes at Properties
- Manage Master Key System
- Take Marketing Photos (as needed) (great picture taking is a must!)
- Manage Violation and other Notices (occasionally representing us in court)
- Perform Health/Safety Checks at Properties
- Enter charges to tenant ledger to be charged toward security deposit
Leadership
- Develop working relationships and Integrate with the internal team
Business Metrics
- Meet/exceed individual and departmental top-line sales tasks related to periodic walkthroughs
- Contribute to property management and maintenance metrics
Experience Requirements
- Possess and maintain a valid driver's license
- Remain eligible for company vehicle insurance
- Maintains current safety/emissions on your vehicle
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Customer service-oriented
- Understand laws/statutes related to the position
Other Details
- Opportunity to grow within the company
- Job is about 20-40 hours a week. But varies week to week.
- Flexible hours (including weekends)
