Condominium complex in the North Hills of Pittsburgh seeks an office assistant for 3 days per week to greet visitors and provide the following tasks.
Answer phone calls and email correspondence.
Work with offsite Management Company to process invoices and other matters.
Coordinate with on-site maintenance staff, vendors, and contractors.
Maintain multiple online spreadsheets.
Submit payroll sheets.
Order office supplies.
Prepare invoices and letters to owners.
EXPERIENCE
Must have the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
Experience in reading and interpreting account ledgers.
Experience with Microsoft Word and Excel.
A high school degree or higher is required.
Organizational skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Able to multitask.
Communication skills.
This position is 21 hours per week, preferably M/W/F. The right candidate for this job is reliable, likes variety, and wants to be busy 3 days a week.
Pay based on experience.
