Provide personal administrative support to management and the company through conducting and organizing administrative/accounting duties and activities including receiving and handling information, products, and mail.
Main Job Tasks, Duties and Responsibilities
Prepare and manage correspondence, reports and documents.
Handle incoming emails, mail, and other material.
Checking stock levels regularly and report to sales area
Completing the required paperwork when ordering stock
Updating stock information on the computer system constantly
Compiling daily reports and addressing inventory discrepancies
Loading and unloading delivery items safely and efficiently
Ability to meet the physical demands of the job (standing for long periods of time, lifting heavy loads of up to 50 pounds etc.)
Ensuring customer satisfaction and providing excellent customer service
Assisting in the preparation for daily production (i.e., preparing machinery and equipment for use)
Reviewing orders prior to delivery
Navigating routes using relevant map programs
Maintaining a clean and valid driver’s license
Strictly following health and safety guidelines
Shipping products to customers
Job duties will also include help in the production area when needed as well as in distribution/shipping.
