As a member of the firm, your primary responsibility will be handling all aspects of the client’s bankruptcy representation upon representation. Every client that retains the firm has been fully screened and advised of their debt options prior to retention. Upon retention, the client will be submitted to you for your review and approval. As a firm, we handle the marketing, client retention, collection of fees, and all administrative support. Local counsel/partner has complete control and supervision over the bankruptcy process.
