General Job Description
- Manage installations that come into the company
- Run active service calls to locate issue(s) and resolve
- Work with other technicians on small repairs/installs
- Communicate within the company via email and/or phone calls, updating spreadsheets for organizational purposes
- Troubleshoot all installation related items to resolve in a timely manner
