Experience with Property Management Software a plus!
Collections and Accounts receivable experience!
Maintenance and Construction experience a plus!
Light handy work required!
Renovation and make ready experience required.
Manufactured Housing experience a plus!
Previous contractor relationships important!
Must be reliable and motivated!
