Maintenance Technician II

Trek Development Group is looking for a Maintenance Tech to complete all general maintenance tasks. This position includes completing service requests and turnover functions, which assists the preservation of the asset and provides a quality living environment for the residents. This role has primary accountability for the overall cleanliness of the physical appearance and presentation of the community. It is important to have a positive productive relationship with the other team members. Adherence to the company Mission Statement, Hospitality Covenant, standard operating procedures and compliance with all regulatory requirements is expected.
