SUMMARY: Pittsburgh based real estate management and development company seeks experienced seasoned individual with an eye for detail and great personality for apartment rental buildings located in multiple locations. If you are a self-motivated, high-energy worker who takes pride in their work we can be a great match!
General Duties will include, but may not be limited to:
Routine general preventative maintenance.
Basic experience changing electrical outlets, light switches, lighting fixture installation, etc.
Wall repair: spackling, painting, etc.
Experience changing out faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.
General carpentry.
Power washing.
Refuse removal.
Landscape & snow removal.
Required skills - experience:
Ability to follow instructions.
Excellent, organized time management
Gardening-landscape
Qualifications:
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED), or minimum 2 years related experience/training.
Willingness to work a monthly rotational “on-call” schedule.
Must have a valid PA Driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to move between leasing locations throughout the day.
Applicant must be willing to pass drug - alcohol screening and possess a clean criminal background.
