SUMMARY: Pittsburgh based real estate management and development company seeks seasoned, detail-oriented individual for apartment rentals located in multiple locations. If you are a self-motivated people person with high energy who takes pride in a job well done are a great match!
General Duties will include, but may not be limited to:
Routine general & preventative maintenance.
Basic electrical experience: changing outlets, light switches, lighting fixture installation, etc.
Painting
Basic plumbing: faucets, toilets, garbage disposals, etc.
General carpentry.
Power washing.
Refuse removal.
Exterior maintenance skills.
Required skills -&- experience:
Ability to follow instructions.
Excellent, organized time management
Gardening-landscape
Qualifications:
High school diploma or a general education degree (GED), or minimum 2 years related experience/training.
Willingness to work a monthly rotational “on-call” schedule.
Must have a valid PA Driver’s license.
Reliable transportation to move between leasing locations throughout the day.
Applicant must be willing to pass drug -&- alcohol screening and possess a clean criminal background.
