Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Groundskeeper/handy man. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining the aesthetic appeal and health of our outdoor spaces. This role involves a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, lawn care, and garden upkeep, ensuring that all grounds are well-kept and inviting.
Responsibilities
Perform routine maintenance on lawns, gardens, and landscaped areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools for various groundskeeping tasks.
Irrigate plants and lawns effectively to promote healthy growth.
Conduct regular inspections of the grounds to identify areas needing attention or repair.
Maintain flower beds, shrubs, trees, and other landscaping features.
Assist in planting, pruning, and fertilizing plants as needed.
Clear debris from walkways, driveways, and other outdoor areas to ensure safety.
Collaborate with team members to complete larger landscaping projects.
Should be able to do electric and plumbing jobs
Should be capable of assembling tables,closets ETC
Removing snow and ice
Watering plants
Pulling weeds
Taking out trash and recycling
Maintaining pools and hot tubs
Raking leaves
Patching holes and painting
Replacing siding
Light roofing
Installing doors and windows
Qualifications
Proven experience in groundskeeping or landscape maintenance is preferred.
Familiarity with hand tools and power tools used in landscaping tasks.
Knowledge of lawn care techniques and landscape design principles is a plus.
Ability to work outdoors and indoor in various weather conditions.
Strong attention to detail with a commitment to quality work.
Physical stamina to perform manual labor for extended periods.
Excellent time management skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.

GroundskeeperMaintains the grounds of a property, including mowing lawns, planting flowers, and ensuring that irrigation systems are working. Groundskeepers can also be responsible for the care of groundskeeping equipment.
Handyman should be able to perform a variety of tasks around the home and property, including cleaning, fixing things, and hanging artwork.
