We are a commercial property maintenance company that has been in business since 1989.
We provide a wide array of maintenance services for commercial properties in Western PA, including landscaping, snow removal, parking lot sweeping, asphalt, concrete, power washing and more.
Currently, we are seeking an individual who is looking for a long term career with opportunity for growth and advancement. This person should possess the following qualities and skills:
- Reliable & Consistent
- Detail Oriented & Thorough
- Works Well with Others
- Landscape Maintenance Experience (pruning, clean-ups, weed control, etc.)
- Knows How to Use Hand-Held Equipment (line trimmer, hedge trimmers, blowers, chainsaw, etc.)
- Has a valid driver's license
Starting pay is minimum of $20 per hour and could be higher based on experience and provided a company truck that you can take home.We do not lay anyone off - we have work year round.
