Open to paying on a Commission basis for the right person.

We are a quickly growing, family-owned and operated company that is looking for full-time installers. A carpentry background is a plus, but not necessary.
For the most part this is a "clean construction" job. 90% of what we install is Pre-Cut.
Key responsibilities
Read installation drawings, blueprints and other job specifications
Cover shoes/boots with booties to respect client floor covering
Follow all Covid 19 protocol procedures
Review planned activities and communicate time estimate with client
Prep jobsite for installation as required
Stage and set up materials and tools at the client jobsite
Install product
Manage cleanup and trash removal for jobsite, leaving home/work area(s) cleaner than condition at arrival
Review installation with client, adjusting any items required
Obtain client signoff for successful installation
Required skills and abilities
Installation
- Tear down existing product
- Prep and paint walls
- Install ICP systems for garages, closets, home office, etc.
- Follow instructions completely and successfully
- Make sound decisions
- Use necessary tools including power driver, table or radial arm saw, and chop saw
- Maintain clean and organized work area at all times
Planning and organization
- Complete timesheet and other required paperwork/reports on a timely basis
Time management
- Perform routine activities against labor standards
Verbal communication
- Share with client necessary details to fulfill ICP

Valid driver’s license required, Forklift cert is a Plus

Heavy lifting (50 pounds), moving, unloading, etc., as required

Tools: at a minimum- drill driver, tape measure, level and common hand tools
