Pittsburgh real estate firm with multiple locations seeks honest, conscientious, detail-oriented team player. Current residential cleaning experience is a must. Flexible daytime schedule. For consideration, Applicant must possess the following requirements;
Have 2-year minimum professional residential cleaning experience
A willingness to work a set schedule
Ability to clean with care
An understanding of the proper use & application of cleaning supplies
Working knowledge of various cleaning products
Working knowledge of cleaning supplies
Be organized
A valid PA Driver’s license
Reliable transportation to move self & equipment/supplies between locations throughout the day.
Position tasks include, but are not limited to;
Turnover of short stay units between occupants
Trash & refuse removal
Sweep, mop, or power blow entry walkways interior/exterior
Vacuum hallway carpeting & stairwells
General Window cleaning
Mailroom refuse management
Elevator interior cleaning (where applicable)
Maintenance of rubbish containment closets
Sidewalk and snow removal (weather permitting)
Power washing experience (a plus!)
Change common area light bulbs
Stock & maintain supply locations
Applicant must;
Provide solid references
Pass drug and alcohol screening & be drug free.
Possess no criminal history
Position is Pittsburgh based. Schedule is flexible.
