Please note:

This is an office/remote hybrid position. Training will be in-house for the first several weeks. Most consultants work two to three days in-office. This is a salaried position including a competitive benefits package.

Summary

The Staffing Consultant will recruit qualified healthcare professionals with a specific focus which may include Mental Health Professionals, RN/LPNs, as well as site management and regional directorpositions in addition to various exempt and non-exempt staff.

The Staffing Consultant will be responsible for identifying and recruiting qualified candidates in order to meet assigned contract requirements. Staffing Consultants are accountable for the full life cycle recruitment including but not limited to pre-screening, strategic recruitment, planning, communication with site management, and maintaining the talent acquisition database of all candidate information.

In this position, you will work in our corporate office in Pittsburgh, PA with some travel to various sites and events.

Additional duties may include

  1. Identify and source potential candidates to build a solid candidate network through various recruitment strategies.
  2. Develop creative recruiting resources to attract qualified professionals interested in contract, contract to hire, and direct placement employment.
  3. Refer qualified candidates to hiring managers and collaborate with the site and Staffing Coordinators to facilitate on-site interviews.
  4. Identify and develop networking activities such as attending career fairs, professional association meetings, partnering with schools to schedule lunch and learns, etc.
  5. Coordinate onboarding of new hires with Staffing Coordinators and hiring managers including negotiation of offers, preparation of offer letters, etc.
  6. Maintain appropriate reports including vacancy report and open position report for assigned contract.
  7. Maintain communication between human resource department, candidates, contract administration, site managers, and regional management.

CERTIFICATION:None required.

EDUCATION:Bachelor’s Degree in Business/Human Resources or related field.
