Schedule: Monday thru Friday & Every other weekend/When the Employee works the weekend shift(She/He)will have 2-days off during the week
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated individuals to join our team as Direct Care Workers. As a Direct Care Worker, you will provide essential support and assistance to individuals with developmental disabilities or seniors who require daily care. This is a rewarding opportunity to make a positive impact on the lives of others.
```Duties```
- Assist individuals with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, brief changing, and grooming
- Assist with medications following proper protocols and guidelines
- Provide companionship and emotional support
- Assist with meal planning and preparation
- Help with light housekeeping tasks
- Accompany individuals to appointments and outings
- Document and maintain accurate records of care provided
```Requirements```
- Experience in patient care or senior care is preferred
- Knowledge of medication administration procedures
- Familiarity with working with people with developmental disabilities
- Understanding of HIPAA regulations and maintaining confidentiality
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation for transportation purposes
- Ability to work well under pressure
