We provide personalized, compassionate care to individuals who require assistance with their daily activities, enabling them to lead fulfilling lives in the comfort of their homes.
We support the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF). The PSLF program helps individuals in public service roles alleviate the burden of student loans.
Responsibilities:
Assist clients with daily activities, such as bathing, dressing, grooming, and meal preparation.
Perform light housekeeping, laundry and grocery shopping tasks.
Maintain accurate records of services provided and any changes in clients' condition.
Benefits Include:
-Up to $1000 sign-on bonus (Full-Time Position)
-$400 sign-on bonus (Part-Time Position)
-New increased wages (up to $17.99 per hour for Full-Time $15.90 per hour for Part-Time) after successful completion of the 90 day probationary period

-6 paid Holidays per year (Full-Time Position)
-Paid orientation
-Paid travel time
-Monday to Friday daylight hours (normally 8:00 am- 4:30 pm)

-Cell phone monthly reimbursement (full-time position only)

Qualifications:
-High school diploma or GED
-6 months of Home care experience is preferred
-Must have reliable transportation and valid current driver's license
-Compassion and a strong desire to help others.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
-Reliable and punctual.
-Ability to follow care plans and maintain confidentiality.
