Pizza/Pasta/Raw Bar Cook

Roland's Seafood Grill is in search of a cook for our pizza and raw bar. We have a wood fired oven for pizza and wood fired appetizers and entrees in addition to a full raw bar. This is an open kitchen in a long time family owned busy restaurant in the Strip District so customers watch you cook therefore you will be representing our restaurant. In addition to cooking shifts, this position involves prepping recipes and ensuring area is cleaned and compliant with health codes. Occasionally covering the line for BOH may occur. Excellent attendance from previous employment expected. Some weekdays, weekend and evenings with full time hours per week available.
