Required skills and qualifications for Hosts and Servers at Mad Mex Canonsburg:
Must be at least 16 years old (18 for Servers) - Work Permit required if under 18 years old
Able to communicate clearly and effectively with others
Exceptional customer service skills
Server requirements:
Knowledge of dining room and service procedures and functions
Basic math skills and the ability to handle money and operate a point-of-sale system
Physical Requirements for Hosts and Servers at Mad Mex Canonsburg:
Able to work in a standing position for long periods of time (up to 9 hours)
Able to reach, bend, stoop and lift up to 25 pounds
