We're looking for a full time line cook to join the team. Morcilla is small fast paced restaurant located on Butler St. in Lower Lawrenceville. We're currently open for dinner Tuesday - Saturday. The ideal line cook candidate has some prior experience, enthusiasm to keep learning, and a desire to be part of a small, thoughtful team. Our kitchen is a great learning environment that takes great care in sourcing quality ingredients.
