The ideal candidate must have professional kitchen experience; The ability to cook from scratch is an absolute must as we use fresh ingredients each week. This person should also be comfortable in a fast-paced environment where efficiency is desired. An independent thinker is required, but taking direction is also a part of the job. This position is not a management position, you will be prepping and cooking during your entire shift.
Job Requirements:
Professional kitchen experience

Must be able to work in a fast-paced TEAM environment.
Must be organized & clean when working.
Knowledge of food preparation techniques
Ensure customer orders are prepared according to recipes or special requests
Ensure company food safety and sanitation procedures are met at all times
Positive attitude, flexibility, and works well with others
ServSafe certification is a plus
Weekly Average Hours: 24-32
