30-40 hours
Availability: Weekends and 2-3 nights (9/10 pm at the latest) a must.
5+ years scratch cooking experience.
Pay:20-23/hr Based on experience.

Knowledge and understanding of basic of cooking techniques (vinaigrettes, aioli, proteins, vegetables, roasting, saute)
Excellent volume and batch cooking skills.
Thoroughness, attention to details, and proactively adapts and makes changes as needed.
Assist in ordering, inventory of product and supplies.
Willingness to help and perform all reasonable requests.
Compose a daily prep schedule based on schedule and business needs.
