Major Function: Clean sanitize and restock items necessary for operations of the restaurant.
1) Sets up station according to restaurant guidelines
2) Restocks all items as needed throughout shift.
3) Cleans and maintains station in practicing good safety, sanitation and organizational skills.
4) Has understanding and knowledge to properly use and maintain all equipment in station.
5) Assists with the cleaning, sanitation and organization of kitchen, walk-in coolers and all storage areas.
6) Performs additional responsibilities, prep work and all others not detailed, as requested by the management.
7) Maintain a clean, pleasant and professional image at all times while wearing proper uniform at all times.
8) Report to work at scheduled time
9) Complete any special cleaning projects assigned
10) Clean up any breakage or accident immediately and inform management
11) Communicate with chef and manager on any issues
12) Take ownership, do what is necessary to ensure guest satisfaction.
13) Provide assistance to other employees to contribute to the smooth operation of the restaurant
