What We're Looking For:
Experience in kitchen management or chef roles - we want someone who knows their way around a professional kitchen
Genuine passion for food preparation and kitchen operations - this should be work you truly enjoy, not just a paycheck
Strong organizational skills and ability to manage kitchen workflow
Experience with cafe/coffee shop fare (breakfast items, lunch specials, pastries, etc.)
Team leadership experience and ability to train staff
Food safety certification (or willingness to obtain)
