The ideal candidates will have:
At least 1 year of kitchen prep or line experience—pizza or dough skills are a bonus!
Strong understanding of kitchen health and safety regulations
Comfortable thriving in a fast-paced, high-energy kitchen environment where every second counts.
Basic knife skills and time management skills
Outstanding communication and organizational skills paired with a team-player attitude.
Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays
A keen palate to ensure every dish meets our quality standards before it leaves the kitchen
