Doce Taqueria is excited to announce that we are now hiring back-of-house employees! We are seeking both full-time and part-time positions for line cooks, prep cooks, dishwashers, barbacks, and bussers.
Doce is a Mexican-American fusion restaurant that offers street tacos, burritos, rice bowls, smoked meats, and other house-made items. Our newest location will also be our largest, so we are looking to hire a significant number of employees. While experience is helpful, it is not required. Flexibility in scheduling is a must, as we will be open seven days a week for lunch, dinner, and late-night service. Full-time employees can expect to work 35+ hours a week from the start, with availability required on nights and weekends. We provide ServSafe certification for any employees who need training, and we will also train you on how to use our smoker and any other equipment you may be unfamiliar with.
Duties for each position include:
Line Cook: Prepare food and dishes, clean your station, stock your area, maintain a clean kitchen, and assist with food prep during downtime.
Prep Cook: Prepare food and ingredients, keep the kitchen clean, assist with the setup and breakdown of the line, and handle deliveries.
Dishwasher/Bar Back/Busser: Wash dishes, clean tables, take out trash, help maintain cleanliness throughout the restaurant, and gather ice.
