Busy Corner Bar in Pittsburgh’s South Side is seeking Assistant General Manager.
Job responsibilities will include working with both the front and back of the house, managing staff and service, handling business social media accounts, money handling, and adding input on promotions and party booking.
Ideal candidates should be licensed to drive in Pennsylvania with a vehicle, be familiar with Microsoft Office and various social media platforms, have several years of service industry experience in a bar environment and at minimum one year in a management position. Candidates should at least be familiar with RAMP and ServSafe protocols, though we will provide that training as necessary.
Candidates will be expected to work a 40 week schedule, with daytime, evening and weekend availability. Starting wage of $22 an hour for a four month probationary period, after which a pay increase will be discussed based on performance.
