DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:

POSITION SUMMARY:

The Test Administrator is responsible for proctoring computer-based assessments, tests, or certifications and for the general upkeep of the assessment lab and equipment.Duties include but are not limited to:

Maintain industry credentialing as required by testing companies.

Follow individual test protocol, as well as overall assessment lab policies and procedures to ensure the integrity of each test.

Monitor candidates during each session to ensure no breech in protocol.

Ensure that all equipment is clean, sanitized, and in good working order and that all necessary resources are in supply prior to each test session.

Maintain detailed records for monthly billing.Status: Part TimeLocation: 118 52nd Street, Pittsburgh, PA 15201External Hiring Range: $13.50 up to $14.04/hourTravel Required: some local travel may be required.Schedule: Two (8:30 a.m. 3:00 p.m.) shifts, one on Friday the other day can vary and one (10:00 a.m. 2:00 p.m.) shift per week.QUALIFICATIONS:

High school diploma or Equivalent AND no experience required.Preferred Experience: related to using computers and web-based applications.REQUIRED CLEARANCES, LICENSES, AND CERTIFICATIONS:

Candidates are expected to provide current, valid clearances (Child Abuse Clearance, FBI Fingerprints Clearance, and PATCH) prior to first day of employment.
