RESPONSIBILITIES:Kforce's client, a growing business in the Pittsburgh, PA area is seeking an entry-level Support Analyst to join their team.

Duties: Support Analyst will provide technical support to end users regarding technical issues or problems; The primary communication will be via phone and email Respond to, document, and resolve support tickets in accordance to SLA and OLA Support Analyst will also perform root cause analysis, develop checklists, and recommend controls

REQUIREMENTS: High School diploma or equivalent Strong customer service skills Basic technical skills relating to computers or troubleshooting
