Applicants should be proficient in generating digital terrain models (DTM's), creating break lines and contours.

Applicants should be able to perform land record research (deeds and plats) and be able to plot deeds and plats in a CADD environment.

Must have the ability to take directions and create quality CAD products including topographic maps, boundary maps, and ALTA/NSPS land title maps

Discuss and communicate plans effectively with property owners, engineers, and clients

Perform field work for topographic surveys, boundary surveys and stakeout as neededQualificationsHigh School diploma or GED.

Minimum of 5 - 9 years of experience.
