The Senior Staff Systems Verification & Validation (V&V) Engineer is a recognized authority both within the field of testing and Philips who participates in and guides the team in all aspects of V&V.Your role:
Define test strategies, project test approaches including the execution strategy and high-level concepts for testing systems.
Influence product solutions for the harmonization and standardization to improve quality and robustness.
Define and improve key progress indicators including: requirement coverage, test protocol effectiveness, test execution and defect identification and closure.
Maintain a level of technical competence through training, literature, technical contacts, and industry competition.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired 7+ years of experience in verification and validation of electromechanical medical devices.
Your skills include proficiency with data management tools/configuration management, deep insight in engineering/architecture/research, an understanding of other engineering disciplines, adapting conventional techniques to solve complex problems.
You have the ability to demonstrate use of skills to overcome technical challenges and teach others to do the same.
You have a Master’s degree or equivalent in Engineering and/or business discipline or alike experience.
