As the Risk Management - Risk Advisor, you will Implement and sustain risk management programs for the enterprise. Your focus will be to provide advanced technical and practical risk management and insurance expertise across the enterprise. You will assess and manage enterprise risks and opportunities in the context of the corporate strategy and analyze the potential impact of all types of risk on processes, activities, stakeholders, products, and services via the ERM Process Model facilitation. You will facilitate the implementation and sustainability of a cross functional ERM Program, and complete ongoing assessments of the program's effectiveness. Additionally, as a member of the Essential Risk team, support the company wide insurance program strategy, marketing, and administration accountabilities. This role will also lead the enterprise efforts around Incident Management and Coordination with various Emergency Response plans.

A bachelor's degree in business or risk Management, Engineering, or a related field.
A professional designation, (i.e., ARM, CRM, etc.) is a plus.
A minimum of five years risk management, claim administration, and insurance program administration experience and technical abilities.
The ability to serve in a risk advisory and collaborative capacity for internal and external stakeholders to strategize and develop risk management and loss prevention solutions that optimize operations, minimize costs, and reduced exposure frequency and severity.Essential Utilities, Inc., is an Equal Opportunity/Affirmative Action employer.
