We are seeking a future team member for the role of Representative, Client Service to join our MBS (Mortgage-Backed Securities) Administration team. This role is a hybrid work schedule (3 days a week in office) located out of our Pittsburgh, PA office.

In this role, you will make an impact in the following ways:

Provides quality support to clients with a portfolio of Mortgage-Backed Securities transactions processes' by investigating errors in client accounts and statements, while routing issues that cannot be addressed at point of contact to appropriate team

Checks for incoming wires, sets up cash swings and reconciles funds for moderately complex transactions and processes

Downloads investor reports in order to process monthly distributions and input billing information for processing

Resolves any overdraft and uninvested cash items

Assists others on the team when needed, including on ad hoc projects

Reviews daily open items to ensure proper follow-up and closure

To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent

1 - 2 years of work experience
