Production CoordinatorThe Production Coordinator will be responsible for creating, producing, and maintaining high-quality instructional media content to enhance the teaching and learning experiences within the six schools of the University of Pittsburgh Health Sciences. They will work with other team members to oversee the use of the Production Studio space, demonstrate audio and video equipment to users, and manage content production schedules. The Production Coordinator will assist in developing visual and narrative concepts to enhance the quality of media projects. The ideal candidate will have a background in multimedia content production with knowledge of cameras, microphones, and lighting techniques for content capture.
Develop and produce instructional media content, including videos, animations, interactive simulations, and other multimedia resources.
Utilize industry-standard software and tools for video editing, graphic design, animation, and interactive content development.
Operate and maintain video cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear during video shoots.
Edit and post-process videos to ensure clarity, accuracy, and professional production quality.
Recommend and implement innovative tools and approaches to enhance instructional media and learning experiences.
Collaborate with the instructional design team, faculty, and educational technology specialists to align media production with broader educational strategies. Job Summary

Creates training materials to support faculty use of educational software and delivers innovative, live training programs to faculty and staff.Essential Functions
