- In depth knowledge of functional domains such as: Experience in OTC end to end functionality, Order Management (OE, Schedule, Workflows, adjustments), Advance Pricing (Modifiers, Qualifiers, Formulas, Pricing Attributes, Entities), Shipping, Inventory, costing (Standard & Actual), IR/ISO, Intercompany flows.
- OPM (Inventory, Process Execution (Batches, Planned orders), Product Development (Formula, Recipe, Quality, routing, operations), Process Planning, Process costing (GMF)
- Period Closings, Month end support exposure
- In depth knowledge of technical domains such as: Oracle Reports, XML Publisher, PL/SQL, Oracle Forms, Discover, Forms Personalization, Custom PLL, OAF, OAF UI pages, Workflow, Conversions, Interfaces, Extensions using various standard and custom APIs, Oracle WebADI, Integration Development, BI publisher, XML Data template, RDF , XSL-FO and EFT
- Hands-on experience in Development, Support project with Onsite-Offshore model
- Expertise in Oracle PL/SQL, Oracle forms, reports, OAF development, Shell scripting
- Knowledge on Oracle Applications modules as stated above in Skill set
- Adequate Technical ability to Debug issues on own.
- Having proficiency in Business Process understanding, Conceptualization, Documentation, and mapping with Oracle EBS
- In depth knowledge of the overall architecture of Oracle ERP
- Expertise in supporting Testing, Defects Analysis and Fixing in sync with product development and support
- Strong troubleshooting and conceptual skills
- Excellent Analytical and Debugging skills on problem Solving Is must
- Should have excellent communication skills and customer facing skills
- Experience in R12 versions upgrade, deployment & Implementation
- MSCA will be added as advantage
- Providing L2 & L3 support on Oracle modules
- Work on enhancements, Support, deployments, upgrades
- Scheduling meetings with Business, working on production support issues, collecting requirements for enhancements
- As Production support person should be responsible monitor and trouble shoot all kinds of issue
- Meeting all the service agreement SLAs and KPIs
- Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction
- Train and coach members of project groups to ensure effective knowledge management activity
