- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or "STEM" Majors (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Math).
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an information systems design (development experience with implementation, customization, business analyst or technical analyst experience) implementation or operations.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience with financials suite of ERP module implementation including OTC.
- Experience with Oracle Financials Cloud platform is a plus.
- Proficient in SQL, PL/SQL.
- Knowledge and familiarity in underlying ERP applications database architecture, as well as database and development tools, such as Oracle, SAP, Ariba.
- Knowledge of Project and Software Development Life Cycle Methodologies Capable of planning and organizing work and processes in a continuously moving support model.
- Knowledge of OTC processes and key ERP functionalities and configurations aligned to those processes.
- Ability to lead members of the development and support teams.
- Ability to create and execute test plans as well to create requirement and design documents.
- Ability to quickly identify and analyze technical risks and impacts; define alternatives to remove roadblocks.
- Ability to coach & train, motivate team to adopt standards & methodologies.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment coordinating with internal customers to help support and enhance business systems.
- Demonstrated strong written and oral communication skills; PowerPoint, Excel, SmartSheet.
- Highly motivated, self-starter.
- Understanding of the key tables used by OTC modules and how they are related.
- Understanding of module specific API’s and ability to design, implement and support.
- Basic understanding of REST API.
- Work with IT leaders and module owners for prioritization of critical issues and work towards resolution.
- Own and be responsible for open ticket/cases reduction, RCAs and recurring issues reduction or automation.
- Learn and support customizations and interfaces of varying complexity, suggesting where possible to replace customization with vanilla Oracle processes of equal or greater functionality.
- Serve as domain and ERP expert and drive / be accountable for operational excellence as well as stabilization of Operations into OTC area.
- Act as single technical point of contact for escalations related to OTC modules ensuring they get addressed appropriately with continuous communication.
- Support the IT organization and finance with month end close activities as related to finance modules and integrations.
- Responsible for planning and executing proactive measures to avoid/resolve month end close issues.
- Act as technical lead for any implementations/projects or integrations related to OTC modules.
- Partner with module owners/technical leads and help carve out and lead mandatory compliance, productivity and business required initiatives going beyond day-to-day operations.
- Oversee the work of developers ensuring deliverables are high quality and implemented in a timely manner.
- Ensure changes related to OTC implementations/projects go through proper testing and relevant documentation is created for future reference.
- Ensure conformance to generic ERP Operations support standards / practices.
- Coach / monitor contingent staff in ERP Operations support standards / practices.
- Responsible to interact with Oracle on SRs for application issue resolution or patching guidance and testing of patches.
- Familiar with Web ADI templates creation and maintenance.
