Execute large-scale enterprise-wide integrations and support complex divestitures and separations in a wide range of functional areas such as Information Technology, Operations, Human Capital, and Finance. Support clients undergoing post-deal integration to turn complex data into actionable business intelligence. Support delivery of Information Technology (IT) Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) projects across the M&A lifecycle, including due diligence, mergers/acquisitions, divestitures/spin-offs, and digital transformation. Demonstrate in-depth expertise. Coach and supervise teams. Provide timely feedback.40 hrs/week, Mon-Fri, 8:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m.MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 5 years of post-bachelor's, progressive related work experience.In the alternative, the employer will accept a Master's degree or foreign equivalent in Business Administration, Finance, Computer Science, Information Management, or a related field, plus 3 years of related work experience.Must have at least one year of experience with each of the following:
Planning and overseeing integration and separation projects, including Day One readiness andexecution, business process and systems integration and separation, and dependency and riskmanagement;
Developing financial models for IT, including synergy savings, one-time costs, and stranded costs;
Recommending enterprise architecture, solutions, and systems based on industry-leadingpractices and past experiences; and
Developing real-time executive reports and dashboards for clients leveraging tools such asTableau, Alteryx, and/or Midaxo.
